Bespoke AI Solutions
AI tailored to your data and your processes.
We build bespoke AI systems — from RAG-powered knowledge assistants and intelligent document processing through to fine-tuned language models and custom analytics pipelines. Built on European infrastructure, so your data never leaves the continent.
Overview
When off-the-shelf tools reach their limits.
Ready-made AI tools cover the standard case. The moment your own data, processes or compliance requirements enter the picture, you need a solution that was built for you.
An off-the-shelf chatbot has no knowledge of your internal documents, a generic tool fails to grasp your specialist terminology, and no ready-made solution connects cleanly to your ERP, CRM or contract database. This is precisely where our work begins. Building something yourself isn't worthwhile everywhere — but wherever AI becomes a genuine point of differentiation, wherever sensitive data demands internal control, or wherever sheer volume tips the economics, a bespoke solution built on your own data and workflows pays off quickly. We don't build in-house on principle; we build when it demonstrably delivers more value than any product you could buy.
Our approach is deliberately low-risk: we start with a short discovery phase, validate an idea in a prototype against measurable goals, and only scale what has proven itself — from a pilot team to a department to the entire organisation. Every solution is integrated cleanly into your existing systems rather than bolted on as an isolated extra tool. And it is designed to be sovereign from the ground up: we build on European infrastructure, so that GDPR security isn't an afterthought but part of the architecture.
What we build
Four building blocks for bespoke AI solutions.
These four areas aren't alternatives — they're building blocks you can combine. A real-world project often brings together knowledge retrieval, document extraction and an orchestration layer to form one coherent system.
RAG Knowledge Assistants
A language model that derives its answers exclusively from your own, up-to-date documents — wiki, manuals, tickets, contracts. Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), your knowledge stays external, easy to update, and fully traceable with source references.
- Source-based answers with a reference to the underlying document
- Always current, because the knowledge lives in your data rather than in the model
- Ideal for support, onboarding new staff and regulated research
Intelligent Automation & Document Processing
Modern document processing combines OCR with language and vision models: classify, extract, validate. Unlike OCR alone, it understands context and copes with changing layouts — across invoices, contracts, receipts and mixed PDFs.
- Automatic extraction of header and line-item data, straight into your ERP
- Uncertain cases are flagged for human review rather than processed blindly
- Eases back-office processes such as invoice intake and contract review
Bespoke & Fine-Tuned Models
Where standard models miss your specialist terminology, your tone of voice or your domain, we adapt an open model precisely — via LoRA/QLoRA, without retraining from scratch. The result is a lean, specialised model that you host yourself.
- Adapted to specialist vocabulary, brand voice and specialised domains
- Self-hosted on EU GPUs or on-premise — full control over your data
- Efficient through fine-tuning open models rather than costly retraining
Analytics & Data Pipelines
Classic, well-understood ML problems with measurable value: demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, image processing for quality control. Complemented by agentic workflows that plan multi-step tasks, call tools and work through processes.
- Forecasts for demand, stock levels and maintenance needs from your data
- Image-based quality inspection in real time, on-premise on the production line
- Agents that retrieve data, draft responses and update systems
Technology & Sovereignty
Built sovereign, not secured after the fact.
We rely on open models and European infrastructure. That keeps your AI entirely under your control — with no residual legal exposure to US authorities.
Open models such as Mistral, Llama or Teuken-7B — trained in all official EU languages — can run entirely on European infrastructure: with EU providers like IONOS, Scaleway, OVHcloud or STACKIT, or directly on-premise in your own data centre. This removes any dependence on US-based API providers, and your data never leaves the space you control at any point.
This is the distinction that matters: GDPR-compliant means having the right documents in place. GDPR-secure means operating an infrastructure on which access by US authorities under the Cloud Act is technically impossible in the first place. An EU data centre belonging to a US corporation isn't enough — what counts is the operator's company headquarters and corporate structure. For highly sensitive or regulated data, the on-premise option offers the highest tier of sovereignty: the hardware and the keys sit with you, and no one outside can be compelled to hand anything over.
What sovereign AI means in practice
- Hosting exclusively on European infrastructure
- Open models, EU cloud or fully on-premise
- No data flowing to the US — the Cloud Act has no technical reach
- Your data belongs to you — no training by third parties
Example Projects
What this looks like in practice.
Three anonymised, illustrative projects from different industries — concrete rather than vague, so you can see what a bespoke AI solution actually involves.
Knowledge assistant on the internal knowledge base
A mid-sized company connects a language model via RAG to Confluence, ticket history and product manuals. Support staff and new joiners get grounded answers backed by sources, instead of laborious one-by-one searching. Run on an open model with multilingual embeddings on infrastructure in Germany — comparable RAG systems have cut the median handling time per query by almost 29 percent.
Automated invoice and contract extraction
An accounting team replaces manual data entry with an OCR-plus-LLM pipeline: incoming PDFs are classified, header and line-item data are extracted and passed to the ERP. Low-confidence cases are routed automatically to human review. The vision model runs with an EU provider, and the proprietary documents never leave European infrastructure.
Demand forecasting and quality control in manufacturing
A manufacturer trains its own model on sales, supplier and logistics data for demand forecasting, reducing stock levels with fewer shortfalls. In parallel, an on-premise vision model inspects the production line for defects in real time — the proprietary image data stays entirely in-house, a properly GDPR-secure setup.
Have a specific use case in mind?
Whether it's a knowledge assistant, document automation or a bespoke model trained on your data — we'll assess with you, with no obligation, whether and how an in-house solution stacks up for you, and show you the sovereign route to get there.
