This website transmits no data to third-party providers. All resources (fonts, stylesheets, scripts) are served locally from our own server. No external tracking, analytics, or marketing services are used.

4. Hosting and Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. Server location: DE Nürnberg.

Server Log Files

Each time our website is accessed, the web server automatically collects so-called server log files. These contain:

  • IP address of the requesting device (anonymised where applicable)
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the requested file
  • Volume of data transferred
  • Access status (HTTP status code)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the trouble-free operation of our website and the detection and prevention of attacks. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless further retention is required for evidentiary purposes.

5. Cookies and Session

This website uses only a technically necessary session cookie (Laravel session cookie). This cookie is required for the proper operation of the website (e.g. CSRF protection for forms) and does not contain any personal data.

Since only technically necessary cookies are used, no consent is required pursuant to § 25(2)(2) TDDDG (formerly TTDSG). A cookie banner is therefore not necessary.

6. Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form, the following data is collected:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company (optional)
  • Your message

Purpose: Processing your enquiry and, where applicable, initiating a business relationship.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Retention period: Data is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Email Contact

If you contact us by email, your details including the contact data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

8. No External Services

We do not use any external services on this website. Specifically:

  • Fonts: All fonts (Inter, Space Grotesk) are loaded locally from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other external font services is made.
  • Analytics/Tracking: We do not use any analytics or tracking services (no Google Analytics, Matomo, or comparable tools).
  • Social plugins: No social media plugins or buttons that transmit data to third parties are integrated.
  • CDNs: We do not use content delivery networks. All resources are served directly from our server.
  • Embedded content: No iframes or embedded content from third-party providers are used.

9. SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and the lock icon in your browser bar.

When SSL/TLS encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

10. Data Subject Rights

You have the following rights with regard to the personal data concerning you:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) — You may request information about your personal data processed by us.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — You may request the correction of inaccurate or the completion of incomplete personal data stored by us.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — You may request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
